Monica Lopossay's Hospice nurse story that ran in Ladies’ Home Journal (“It Doesn’t Have To Be Sad,” July 2012) has won a 2013 Clarion Award from the Association for Women in Communications. These prestigious awards honor all forms of communication. The story was the sole winner in its category: Feature Article in a Lifestyle Magazine.
